1)Where does Being Aesthetic Shop Ship from and to ?
We ship worldwide for free from our partnered factories located in US, Russia, China, Germany and more .  However , Just select your country at checkout if available to the given product . currency at our store is given in CAD . 


2) How long will it take to receive my order ?
Processing time may take 1-5 business days before shipment . Deliveries take 2-4 weeks . However, there are possibilities of being delayed if there is any shipping difficulties to your given area . If the order doesn’t arrive upon by 8 weeks you’re guaranteed  help  in reshipping / refund from us . If anything You can contact our customer care team by emailing info@beingaestheticshop.com .

4)What about possible custom fees ?
In very rare cases a custom fee is applied when they arrive to you’re given country . By purchasing our products you consent to pay the additional custom fee if charged , as we are not responsible for custom fees.


5)How can I track my order ?
Once order is Shipped we will provide you with shipping number and you can easily track your orders using it.


6)Will my items be shipped together?
Items will be shipped separately as it is shipped from our partnered factories around the globe . 





1)Can a order cancellation and refund be made ?
A refund can’t be made if an order is being created or shipped . However , contact us immediately as the order is made if you have changed you’re mind for a refund . 


2)What is the return/refund policy?
We have a 14 day exchange  policy if the item is delivered beyond 8 weeks , damaged or if the item doesn’t fit properly. All sales are final no refund. Email your order number and subject line within 5 days upon receiving the product to  info@beingaestheticshop.com .





1)How will I be notified if my order has been received to Being Aesthetic Shop ?
Once the order has been placed you will be notified by email but will only be confirmed once the payment has been approved . 



2)What payment methods are available ?
We provide visa , mater card , American  express , Paypal , ipay . We do not provide cash on delivery or any other methods other than the given options . 


3)I do not use  currency in “ CAD” do you accept currency from other country ? Purchases can be made from any country and currency  . Altho you see  prices in our store in CAD , while your payment is done at checkout your currency will be automatically converted to CAD and paid .
